Many of our subcontractors have been employed by Allstate Homes for generations and are licensed in the state of Florida. We require each of our subcontractors to have liability Insurance and workmen's comp insurance for your protection. According to the Home Buyer Warranty (the nations largest home warranty corporation) we are one of the most reputable contractors in the Bay area.

Our floor plans offer basic no nonsense values without a lot of costly extras. There over 100 floor plans to suit any lot or budget that can be modified to your specifications.
